On Cedar Shore Road near the center of Ellison Bay, Wisconsin, the Bayside Resort casts a rippled reflection in a street pool. After a summer shower has moved across the bay, the street can be speckled with small pools of fresh water, perfect mirrors in the crisp sunlight. This photographed reflection gives to the Bayside's building the watery character of Green Bay itself. The shimmer adds a whimsical quality befitting the peninsula where tourists come to play in the exquisite summer weather.
